Dan Irwin is a Northfield native and graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Hamline University School of Law. He got his start on the trading floors of the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange, then moved into corporate law, representing a multinational pharmaceutical company in healthcare, IT compliance, and multi-million dollar contract negotiations with Fortune 500 companies.

Now in private practice, Dan focuses on:
