Mohr, No. A26-0145, reversing a district-court order that had required his client to obtain the opposing party's “advance consent and permission” before filing any motion. The Court of Appeals agreed with the argument Dan made at the podium on July 9: no statute, rule, or precedent lets a court hand one litigant the keys to the courthouse. Read the opinion (PDF).
