DAN IRWIN

Dan is a native Northfielder and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Hamline University School of Law. Dan has worked for major financial institutions including spending time on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade/Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Before going into private practice, Dan practiced corporate law, including healthcare and IT compliance while representing a multinational pharmaceutical company. Dan served as the lead attorney in numerous million-dollar plus contract negotiations against many of America’s, and the world’s largest corporations. Today, Dan focuses on Crypto Fraud law and investigations and family.

Outside of the office, Dan enjoys camping, motorcycle riding, and spending time with his family.
